A confidential peer support service for individuals living with emotional and mental health challenges. It is staffed by specially trained volunteers with personal lived experience, offering support for issues like anxiety, loneliness, or depression before they escalate into a crisis.


Teen Link

A free, confidential, and anonymous peer support helpline in Washington State for youth ages 13 to 20. Staffed by professionally trained teen volunteers, it provides a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about any issue, big or small—such as relationship struggles, stress, family conflict, depression, or substance use.
