DEI Pillars

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy is based on three strategic pillars designed to accelerate how we provide health and wellness solutions to an increasingly diverse society:

Accountability

  • Identify and breakdown systemic barriers to full inclusion by embedding diversity and inclusion in policies and practices.
  • Equip leaders with the ability to manage diversity and be accountable for the results.

Culture

Foster a culture that encourages collaboration, flexibility, and fairness to enable all employees to contribute to their potential and increase retention.

Diverse Workforce

Recruit from a diverse, qualified group of candidates to increase inclusivity and belonging.

Vision

CLR recognizes that cultural humility and competency are key principles that must be integrated within all aspects of mental and behavioral health. Our DEI vision is to create an inclusive and diverse environment that is a just and thriving ecosystem for all.

Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that we are on the traditional homelands of the Puyallup Tribe. Though the Medicine Creek Treaty of 1854 removed native peoples to clear way for colonial settlement, the Puyallup people have lived on and stewarded these lands since the beginning of time and continue to do so today.

Comprehensive Life Resources sends gratitude to the Puyallup Tribe upon whose ancestral lands we reside and work. We commit to uplifting the voices, experiences, and histories the Indigenous people of this land and beyond.

EEOC Statement

Comprehensive Life Resources is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, veteran status, disability status, and any other applicable legally protected characteristics and or class.
