Genoa is the largest provider of pharmacy and outpatient telepsychiatry services dedicated to individuals with behavioral health and complex, chronic conditions. They don’t just fill prescriptions, but use special packaging personalized for each client, make proactive outreach calls, deliver medications and take care of prior authorizations. With adherence rates of more than 90 percent, they help to improve the lives of our clients and reduce emergency room visits by 40 percent and hospitalizations by 18 percent
Peer Supporters are individuals in recovery who have chosen to work with others living with behavioral health conditions. They offer support, hope, advocacy, and role modeling utilizing our unique strengths and perspectives gained through our own journeys in recovery. Peer Support is available in every program and location at CLR. Peers offer groups, as well as individual support, to assist individuals to achieve their identified recovery goals and to develop skills for greater self-efficacy and wellness
substance abuse treatment
Reinventing Recovery is a new approach to SUD treatment. We start by developing a partnership that values the path that you choose. Through cognitive interventions, education, groups and individual therapy you can reinvent your recovery. We provide both level 1 and level 2 outpatient and court-ordered treatment. CLR is different from other substance use treatment providers because we focus on a harm reduction model that is not abstinence or compliance based.
CLR offers supported employment services to anyone, regardless of insurance. We partner with several community vocational services to help individuals find the right job for your skills, strength, interests, and dreams. We recognize that, for many if not most people, quality of life and self-worth mean exercising one’s ability and the choice to be productive, to earn a paycheck, and to feel the joy of making a contribution.
We offer support with DVR, volunteering, employment, and education. We also provide supported internships for clients and our community partners. For more information, click here or call us today at 253-396-5014.
We have partnered with the City of Tacoma to bring mental health treatment to those who are underfunded. The Life Connections program offers free counseling to children and families regardless of funding or insurance. Each person gets 4-6 counseling sessions and access to housing, employment, and case management services. Come in during our walk-in hours for an assessment to get started.
