Are you a student seeking a challenging and rewarding place to learn and grow to complete your degree? We are affiliated with several universities to provide excellent internship opportunities for both Bachelors’ and Masters’ level students.
Or are you looking for a place where you can contribute to your community?
The CLR Internship Program introduces students to the important role behavioral health plays in ensuring a productive life in the community for everyone. Interns gain practical experience through projects, special assignments, research and clinical experience that support federal, state, and community-based programs, policies, and best practices in the prevention and treatment of mental illness.
The CLR Internship Program allows students to use their specific skills and knowledge while experiencing the value of their education. Interns work at one of CLR’s clinics all located in the Tacoma, WA area, gaining real-life exposure to areas aligned with their course of study.
The CLR Internship Program shows highly competent students how they can reduce the community impact of mental illness through our Life Connections program which provides short-term outpatient treatment and assisting licensed clinicians with a variety of groups offered at CLR. Internships are available for both adult outpatient and children’s outpatient.
